The fastest way to start is an email describing what you're building or what's broken. A few sentences is plenty — I'll reply within one business day, usually with a couple of questions and a suggested time for a 30-minute intro call.
Useful things to include
What the system or product does (or should do), what's prompting you to reach out now, any timeline or budget constraints, and the current team and tech stack if one exists. Don't worry about making it polished.
What happens next
We have a short call to see if there's a fit. If there is, I send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and price. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so and point you toward someone who is.
